Our dedicated 350 sq ft food prep kitchen rental offers the perfect solution without the overhead costs of renting or leasing a larger space. Whether you’re expanding your services or streamlining your operations, the IPrep Kitchen is the ideal environment for efficient food preparation with professional-grade appliances, ample countertop space, and sliding door access to two of our other commercial kitchens – The Cookery and Sweet Re-Treat. Conveniently located close to NYC & NJ metropolitan areas, IPrep is just one of six commercial rental kitchens at our Englewood, NJ facility. To reserve time for the exclusive use of our food prep rental kitchen, 25 credits per hour are required. The IPrep Kitchen includes the following commercial-grade equipment.
- 2 Stainless steel prep tables
- 1 Microwave
- Hand/prep sink
- Sheet pan rack
- Rolling cart (available upon request)
- 1 Reach-In Refrigerator (available upon request)
Additional Features
- The IPrep Kitchen is exclusively yours during the reserved time. Just bring your ingredients and any specialized equipment or small wares, and we'll provide everything else. Book your spot today!
Shared facilities include refrigeration/freezer, a secure dry ingredients storage room, and a dish room with a 3-bay sink, dish rack, and dishwasher which are available to all chefs.
Our on-site conference room can be scheduled as part of your rental agreement.
Le Gourmet Factory tenants have exclusive access to front and rear parking spaces.
A common area with free Wi-Fi for client consultations, emailing, phone calls, and
(if you’ve had a long night) a quick nap.
A loading dock provides direct entry to the kitchen area.
Women's and men’s restrooms (handicap accessible).
